We have a competent team to deal with banking and financial matters. In this regard we deal with the banking recovery matters under The Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001. We also deal with banking crimes under The Offences in Respect of Banks (Special Courts) Ordinance, 1984. We also draft financing agreements, loan restructuring/rescheduling agreements, mortgage agreements as well as rendering services to some banks for their financing to their customers.

Banking and finance law focuses on the contractual relationship between lenders and borrowers. In all financial transactions, the main aim is to negotiate and manage this relationship to ensure the represented party’s interests are met both legally and commercially.
