Our Partner for Intellectual Property, Ms. Warda Bhatti, has successfully secured an interim restraining order from the Intellectual Property Tribunal Lahore IPT I, protecting our client’s intellectual property rights pending further proceedings. The Tribunal, after hearing preliminary arguments, has directed issuance of summons and notices and, pending decision of the temporary injunction application, has restrained the defendants from dealing in the impugned mark or logo or any deceptively similar or identical variant in relation to the relevant services, until further orders.
