Warda Bhatti is an accomplished and highly experienced Intellectual Property (IP) lawyer with over 20 years in law practice. Having worked with Pakistan’s highly venerated law firms, her areas of practice encompass all disciplines of IP laws, i.e., trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs in Pakistan.

Warda is deeply involved in complex legal drafting, opinions and is the go-to person for patent prosecution, enforcement and litigation before the intellectual property tribunals and High Courts representing generic pharma industry as well as her international clients.  She cherishes many accolades in her academic and legal career and is twice time certification holder of ‘technological development and innovative medicine program’ under the auspices of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
