Seemin is licensed to practice law in the High Courts of Pakistan, and is an accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator with ADR-ODR International, UK. She has the experience of managing international clientele vis-à-vis their taxation and corporate law requirements. She also has hands on experience in working with various direct and indirect tax matters relating to both resident and non-resident clients, exposure in processing payroll and individual tax returns and due diligence with respect to tax exposure. She has worked on the implications of VAT in GCC states, and has provided tax advisory services to major international clients. She area of expertise also includes matters pertaining to telecommunication. Seemin completed her LLB and LLM degrees from the University of London. In addition, she has a Master’s in Business Administration from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
