Farooq has been practicing for the past 20 years. His practice mainly involves the legal areas pertaining to corporate, corporate finance, commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, internal corporate good governance, corporate compliance, regulatory work, legal consultation on investment and financing, banking, civil, criminal, HR, Labour, service matters, property/Real Estate acquisition. He has been advising large scale corporate entities on complex legal matters. Notwithstanding that Litigation is his forte and inter alia he is an expert of corporate and commercial litigation of wide array, he has extensive and wide experience in contract drafting and a substantial part of his practice involves drafting and advising on international and domestic contractual transactions.
