Junaid Ullah Khan obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Government College University, Lahore. With a clear vision of rule of law as the bedrock of a just, inclusive and peaceful society that makes the institutions accountable and safeguard human rights, he opted for legal education. His intrinsic quest was set at rest when he completed his LLB in 2004 from University Law College, Punjab University, Lahore. The longstanding aspiration was translated into reality when he embarked on his journey as a professional lawyer in the year 2005 and subsequently enrolled as an Advocate High Court in 2008. He also served as legal counsel for Telecom Companies like Warid Telecom and Jazz [formerly known as “Pakistan Mobile Communication Limited”] and rendered his legal services to others telecom infrastructure provider companies which includes Towershare (Private) Limited, Edotco Towers Pakistan (Private) Limited and Engro Enfrashare (Private) Limited. He is an active litigator and appears regularly before the various Courts of Pakistan. He also assists the partners in a variety of matters ranging from civil, criminal, consumer, labour, revenue, family, rent to Telecom Laws. He also handles regulatory matters with various government and semi-government authorities including the revenue, settlement and local government authorities.
